17:9A-23.9. Establishment of branch offices on army, navy or air force installations
A bank may, with the approval of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, establish and maintain a branch office on any United States Army, Navy, or Air Force installation in this State. L.1961, c. 67, p. 584, s. 1.
