17:9A-6.3. Consideration for issue; preemptive rights
Authorized but unissued stock may be issued pursuant to this act for cash or for consideration other than cash, and may be issued without first being offered to existing stockholders. L.1970, c. 294, s. 3, eff. Dec. 14, 1970.
