17:14A-40. Review of commissioner's disapproval of merger agreement or consolidation plan
The commissioner's disapproval of a merger agreement or consolidation plan, as provided in R.S. 17:14A-39, shall be subject to review by appeal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-40.
