17:14A-62. Examination of safe deposit company affairs; scope
The scope of examinations made as required by R.S. 17:14A-61 shall be as determined by regulations of the commissioner or, in the absence of regulations, by the board of directors of the company. L. 1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-62.
