17:16C-61.2. Remedial legislation; liberal construction
This act deemed and hereby declared remedial legislation necessary for the protection of the consumers of this State, shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1968, c. 223, s. 2, eff. July 30, 1968.
