17:22-6.14a3. Rules and regulations by commissioner of insurance
The Commissioner of Insurance is authorized to adopt, promulgate and enforce such rules and regulations as he determines to be necessary to implement this act. L.1971, c. 152, s. 4, eff. May 20, 1971.
