17:22E-18. Written notice of contract termination
18. Within 15 days of termination of a contract with a reinsurance intermediary-manager, the reinsurer shall provide written notification of that termination to the commissioner. Notice of termination shall be on a form prescribed by the commissioner and shall indicate the date of termination and the reason therefor. Agency appointment shall not terminate until notice of termination has been received by the commissioner. L.1993,c.244,s.18.
