17:30D-15. Liberal construction
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes, and all laws or parts of laws of this State inconsistent with this act are hereby superseded to the extent of such inconsistency. L.1975, c. 301, s. 15, eff. Jan. 30, 1976.
