17:9A-59.34. Use of proceeds for repayment of other loan
Nothing in this act shall prevent a bank from making a small business loan, the proceeds of which will be applied in whole or in part to the repayment at or before final maturity of a loan theretofore made under the provisions of this act or otherwise. L.1964, c. 162, s. 10.
