17B:27-51.6. Direct reimbursement to home health care providers
The State Commissioner of Insurance, after consultation with the State Commissioner of Health, shall provide for a system of direct reimbursement to home health care providers for services rendered pursuant to this act. L.1977, c. 99, s. 5.
