18A:18A-49.1. Transportation of pupils to and from schools
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to contracts for the transportation of pupils to and from school, which contracts are regulated by Chapter 39 of this Title. L.1977, c. 114, s. 1, eff. June 2, 1977.
