18A:24-35. Type I districts
Bonds of a type I school district, authorized and issued in accordance with this chapter, shall be sold in the same manner as other municipal bonds are sold, as provided in chapter 2 of Title 40A, Municipalities and Counties, of the New Jersey Statutes. L.1967, c.271.
