18A:29A-7. Rules, regulations
The State Board of Education shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations which are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 322, s. 8.
