18A:36-23. No student prohibited from attending field trip
No student shall be prohibited from attending a field trip due to inability to pay the fee regardless of whether or not they have met the financial hardship requirements set forth in section 1 of this act. L.1980, c. 49, s. 3, eff. June 26, 1980.
