1. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the provisions of P.L.1995, c.426 (C.18A:36A-1 et seq.) shall not be construed as applying to renaissance school projects approved pursuant to the provisions of the “Urban Hope Act,” P.L.2011, c.176 (C.18A:36C-1 et seq.). L.2025, c.276, s.1.
