18A:58-33.40. Designation of paying agent
No bonds or notes entitled to the benefits of this act shall be issued unless there is designated therefor a paying agent or paying agents, at least one of which is a bank or trust company authorized to do business in this State. L.1978, c. 74, s. 19, eff. July 13, 1978.
