18A:6-33.5. Rules and regulations
The Commissioner of Education shall, with the approval of the State Board of Education, promulgate rules and regulations, establish procedures, and take all other steps necessary to insure the effective implementation of the provisions of this act. L.1968, c. 93, s. 5, eff. June 21, 1968.
