18A:64A-35. Powers, duties and responsibilities
The community college commission shall have all the powers, duties and responsibilities as granted the board of trustees of a county college pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:64A-12 except the power of eminent domain. L.1974, c. 89, s. 6, eff. Aug. 29, 1974.
