18A:64A-38. Law applicable to faculty and staff
Faculty and staff directly employed by the commission shall be subject to the provisions of all statutes, regulations and standards governing equivalent positions at a county college. L.1974, c. 89, s. 9, eff. Aug. 29, 1974.
