33. Nothing in P.L.2017, c.178 (C.18A:64N-1 et al.) shall be construed to modify or contravene the rights and obligations of employers or employees under the "New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act," P.L.1941, c.100 (C.34:13A-1 et seq.). L.2017, c.178, s.33.
