18A:65-33.4. Public hearing
Within 60 days after providing notification pursuant to section 2 of this act, of the intent to sell, lease or otherwise convey land, the Board of Governors shall conduct a public hearing for the purpose of permitting the public to comment on the proposed conveyance. L. 1988, c. 180, s. 3.
