18A:66-192. Rules and regulations; operation of programs
The Division of Pensions shall provide for all things necessary to prepare and operate said alternate benefit programs. The division shall adopt rules and regulations from time to time as it may deem necessary for the operation of the programs. L.1969, c. 242, s. 26, eff. July 1, 1969.
