18A:72J-7. Rules, regulations
The board of directors of the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1987, c. 183, s. 7.
