18A:29-16. Emergency certificates; day-by-day basis substitute
The provisions of this subarticle B shall not apply to any person whose appropriate certificate, valid for his office, position, or employment is an emergency certificate and to any person employed as a substitute on a day-by-day basis. L.1967, c.271.
