18A:35-4.10. Rules, regulations
The State Board of Education shall adopt pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) such rules and regulations as are deemed appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 480, s. 2, eff. Jan. 17, 1986.
