15. a. In accordance with the provisions of the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L.1975, c.231 (C.10:4-6 et seq.), the board of trustees of a charter school shall post a copy of all meeting notices, including a calendar of all meeting dates, and the minutes of each meeting on the charter school’s website. b. The board shall hold all meetings in a physical building in the school district in which the charter school is located, except that a meeting may be held by means of communications or other electronic equipment during a period declared pursuant to the laws of this State as a state of emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster emergency.
