18A:4-11. Acquisition of land and other property by condemnation
The state board shall, if necessary, take and condemn land and other property in the manner provided by chapter 1 of Title 20, Eminent Domain, of the Revised Statutes, whenever authorized by law to purchase land or other property. L.1967, c.271.
