18A:40A-21. Rules, regulations
The State Board of Education shall, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. 1987, c. 387, s.14.
