18A:6-95.4. Transfer of assets
The assets of the educational improvement centers shall be transferred to the Commissioner of Education, except that the assets of Educational Improvement Center-South shall be transferred to the educational information and resource center. All transfers shall be made as provided in the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1983, c. 186, s. 12, eff. July 1, 1983.
