18A:64J-19. Duties of director
The governing institutions through the director shall: a. Administer and operate the center; b. Appoint, remove and transfer personnel; c. Establish programs in the center to promote biotechnology research and biotechnology industries; and d. Take all action necessary and proper for the operation of the center. L. 1985, c. 105, s. 5.
