18A:71-40.5. Amount of scholarship
The amount of a C. Clyde Ferguson Scholarship shall be established by the board of directors of the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund but shall not exceed the maximum amount of tuition, fees and on-campus housing charged at the Rutgers School of Law-Newark. L.1989, c.259, s.5.
