21:3-9. Enforcement by municipalities
The municipalities of this State, and the Department of Labor and Industry, are hereby charged with the enforcement of all of the provisions of this chapter. Amended by L.1955, c. 115, p. 587, s. 2, eff. July 1, 1955.
