22A:3-6. Imprisonment for failure to pay costs
A person who defaults in the payment of costs assessed against him in accordance with the provisions of section 22A:3-4 of this Title shall be liable to imprisonment in the county jail for a period of one day for each dollar of costs imposed. L.1953, c. 22, p. 424, s. 11.
