22A:2-5. Appellate Division; fees, costs and allowances
In the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, the same fees, costs and allowances shall be paid and allowed as are provided with respect to the Supreme Court by this article. L.1953, c. 22, p. 386, s. 11.
