23:5-24.3. Hauling seines; restrictions on use
No person shall use a hauling seine in the Atlantic ocean within three hundred feet of the coastline, and no hauling seine shall be drawn beneath the ice in any waters. L.1941, c. 211, p. 611, s. 3. Amended by L.1942, c. 174, p. 539, s. 2, eff. May 13, 1942.
