23:5-48. Violations; penalties
A person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be subject to the penalties set forth in section 73 of P.L.1979, c. 199 (C. 23:2B-14). L.1983, c. 506, s. 6, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
