24:10-73.12. Issuance of license; expiration
Upon approval of the application for a license and of the sanitary condition of the frozen dessert plant and upon payment of the required license fee, the department shall issue to each applicant a license or certificate of registration which shall expire June 30 of each year. L.1964, c. 120, s. 12.
