24:16B-48. Proceedings before the secretary
The secretary and his duly authorized agents and employees are hereby empowered and charged with the duty to hear, review and determine violations and controversies arising under the provisions of this act, or the rules and regulations prescribed thereunder. L.1968, c. 105, s. 48, eff. July 1, 1968.
