24:16B-6. General powers of the secretary
The secretary shall supervise and enforce the proper administration of the provisions of this act and all rules and regulations made thereunder for the purpose of attaining the ends declared in this act. L.1968, c. 105, s. 6, eff. July 1, 1968.
