24:21-52. Seizure in violation of act
Drug paraphernalia seized in violation of this act shall be subject to the forfeiture provisions of Chapter 64 of the "New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice" (N.J.S. 2C:64-1 et seq.). L.1980, c. 133, s. 7.
