24:10-57.3. Restrictions in permits
The department shall, in issuing such permits, restrict each permit either to: (a) Milk and fluid milk products for fluid or manufacturing purposes, or (b) Milk and fluid milk products for manufacturing purposes only. L.1964, c. 62, s. 3.
