24:5A-4. Application of Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act
No hazardous substance subject to and conforming with the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be deemed to be in violation of this act and regulations promulgated hereunder. L.1966, c. 262, s. 4.
