26:1A-59. Rights under Civil Service and pension or retirement laws preserved
Nothing in this act shall be construed to deprive any person of any right or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes or by any pension law or retirement system. L.1947, c. 177, p. 814, s. 59.
