26:2-125. Definitions
As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Health; b. "Department" means the State Department of Health; c. "Program" means the hypertension control program established by the commissioner. L. 1985, c. 5, s. 2, eff. Jan. 10, 1985.
