26:2D-76. Rules, regulations
The department shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this act. L. 1986, c. 83, s. 7, eff. Aug. 14, 1986.
