8. The Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), within 12 months of the date of enactment of this act, to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2007, c.225, s.8; amended 2012, c.17, s.213.
