26:2H-18h Specialized care facilities for Huntington's Disease; rules, regulations.
1. a. The Commissioner of Health may issue a nursing facility license for a facility that provides care for Huntington's Disease. b. The commissioner, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act.
