26:2H-29. Nursing home or convalescent home defined
As used in this act "nursing home" or "convalescent home" means a health care facility licensed by the Department of Health to provide professional nursing care on a daily basis and includes intermediate care facilities. L.1975, c. 397, s. 1, eff. March 5, 1976.
