26:3B-16. Payment of penalty deemed equivalent to conviction
Payment of a penalty for any alleged violation of this act, either before or after the institution of proceedings for the collection thereof, shall be deemed equivalent to a conviction of the violation for which such penalty was claimed. L.1945, c. 192, p. 658, s. 16.
