26:6-32. Require compliance with laws
The person in charge of any premises on which an interment is to be made shall see that the requirements of this chapter relative to a burial or removal permit, or transit permit shall have been complied with before any burial or other disposal is made thereon. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 18.
